MEDICA offers online tools that help you find the right exhibitors and book meetings before the fair. Using them a few weeks ahead can fill your diary with useful appointments instead of chance encounters.

The exhibitor search
The online exhibitor directory lists every company at the fair. You can search by:
- Company name
- Product group, for example “surgical instruments” or “dental instruments”
- Country
- Hall
Each profile shows the company description, products, contact details and stand number.
The matchmaking tool
MEDICA’s matchmaking tool lets registered visitors and exhibitors find each other and arrange appointments. In general it works like this:
- Register or log in with your ticket account.
- Fill in your profile: company, role and the products you are looking for.
- Search for exhibitors or browse the suggestions.
- Send a meeting request with a proposed time.
- Accept or adjust the time when the exhibitor replies.
The MEDICA app
The app brings the directory and hall plan to your phone. Useful features include:
- Favourites list of exhibitors
- Interactive hall map with your saved stands
- Event programme for the forums
- Your eTicket
Download it before you travel and log in, so it works even when the hall Wi-Fi is busy.
Tips
- Fill in your profile fully. Exhibitors are more likely to accept requests from complete profiles.
- Suggest specific times. “Tuesday at 11:00” gets a faster yes than “sometime on Tuesday”.
- Send a short email as well, in case the exhibitor does not check the tool often.
