Who we are
This website is run by Tata Surgical (Pvt) Ltd, Mughal Street, Muhammad Pura, Commissioner Road, Sialkot 51310, Punjab, Pakistan. In this policy “we” and “us” means Tata Surgical.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Enquiries and quote requests: your name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the products and quantities you ask about, and your message.
- Drawings and files: technical drawings, photos or documents you upload with a custom order. These are stored in a protected area of the site that is not publicly accessible.
- Newsletter: your email address, and the date you confirmed your subscription.
- Technical information: like most websites, our server records basic information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes, samples and orders.
- To make instruments to your drawings. We use your drawings only for your orders.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed and confirmed. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to run the site and fulfil your order: our website host, our email provider, and shipping companies for deliveries. If you use the language menu, the page text is translated by Google Translate. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. If you contact us through WhatsApp or WeChat, their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage so the site works:
- to remember the instruments in your quote list;
- to remember the language you chose;
- to remember display choices in the product pages, such as list or grid view.
If you add analytics or advertising tools, list them here and add a cookie consent banner.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and order records for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, for example 6 years. Newsletter addresses are deleted when you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your drawings at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
