2. Check certificates
Ask for copies of quality certificates and check the issuing body, scope and expiry date.
3. Ask for a video tour
A live video call through the factory shows forging, machining, polishing, inspection and packing areas. Ask to see the clean room if they sell sterile products.
4. Test samples
Order samples of the items you buy most and test them with users.
5. Ask for references
Request contacts of current customers in your region.
6. Start with a trial order
Keep the first order small and inspect it carefully.

- No physical address or refusal to show the factory
- Certificates that cannot be verified
- Very low prices with vague answers
